Currumbin really put on a show when I met Shanaaz at the beach for a few quick portraits. Exquisite afternoon light, white sands – I really need to shoot here more often. It was still a bit chilly – being the last week of August, but once we got into the swing of the session, no one really minded.

I have a bunch more black and white shots from this session, but I just keep staring at those luminous reds and golds (and that flare) and falling in love a bit more. Sigh.
