On a warm Northern NSW Spring day, we trekked up to the top of a cliff that overlooked the ocean with Coralee and Martin, who held each other’s hands and said their vows to each other as dolphins played in the waves below. These two share such a special bond that you can’t help but be touched by, and the few of us that were lucky to be present to witness their vows, knew it was a moment they would never forget.
It’s sometimes easy to forget that there is actually so much kindness in the world, and so much love – and this is why we do what we do. We get to bear witness to the touching of hands and the binding of souls and the birth of new partnerships, in so many simple, honest and beautiful ways.
We wandered down ancient forest trails, and along stretches of white sand and we talked and laughed until it felt as if we were old friends. It was perfect.
